  • - If you purchase our Flex Service (flexible booking cancellation) through one of our partners, you acknowledge that no withdrawal right applies, under Article L.221-28.1° of the French Consumer Code.
  • - This is because the Flex Service starts immediately upon purchase and can be fully delivered before the withdrawal period ends.
  • - By purchasing, you expressly waive your withdrawal right.

  • - All content, software, technologies, designs, logos, trademarks and services made available on the Website are our exclusive property or that of our partners.
  • - No license or right is granted to you other than personal use of the Website in accordance with these Terms.

  • - Please note: in case of translation, the French version prevails in case of dispute.
